Manicotti: Provo, UT |Food Photography|

–Food Photography–
Lately, I am being a pasta girl. Not just boil pasta and put tomato sauce kind of a girl, but like Manicotti girl. I stil can't say it right. It took longer to cook than I thought (Let's not include the time to set up to take pictures of warm Manicotti), but I loved my new recipe! I got full so quickly and had enough left overs for the next day. I used my scarf for the background and used my NEW family member, Nikon D600! This is the first picture I took with my new baby. Oh boy! I can't stop smiling :)

Manicotti: from Recipe Girl (I didn't use all the cheese from the recipe and used cheese we've already had instead. I think as long as the inside cheese is good to go, it still tastes good)

DIY Recycled Storage Cardboard Box with Used Books: Provo, UT| Lifestyle Photography|

–Lifestyle Photography–
I asked my dear "sister" Shelly to make this cardboard box and also interviewed about how to have fun indoor activities. I posted her article about DIY project here and indoor activities here. Good thing she lives close, so I can go bother her and her family as much as I want. We love playing, laughing, and Oh eating ice cream together... you know... the girl stuff :)

DIY Project for Kids: Provo, UT | Baby Photography & Lifestyle Photography |

 –Baby Photography & Lifestyle Photography–
Another fun DIY project photo shoot with my talented neighbor. My internship helps me get to know new neighbors every week. Who knew that your neighbor can throw a party for her one year old's birthday party with so much goodness. Yep, Karli did it. If you want to see how she made these DIY project crafts, click here. I love the hot air balloon! Such a cute idea. Also, she let me interview about how to provide healthy snacks for kids. Oh, so cute these kids are. They are best friends and just kept laughing throughout the photo shoot. I never had fun watching someone eating cheese as much as I did that day. Healthy Snack blog is up here.

Ian Ray: Provo, UT | Portrait Photography |

–Portrait Photography–
This talented young man, Ian, has been my friend since we were very little. We had no idea we went to same school until we had this one class together in Spring semester of 2011. Yep, you never know who you are going to see again. Watch out! Tokyo–Hawaii–Utah...  I'm glad we still know each other.  AND not only that, Ian is a singer and plays ukulele like no other! He sang this beautiful song for my husband on Valentine's Day and we surprised my husband with this yummy cheesecake. What a great time to spend time together with our friends and family on a special day. Thanks for your help, Ian TWICE!

Wheat Bread and Clam Chowder Soup: Orem, UT | Food Photography |

–Food Photography–
This bread making class was an attempt to revenge my first homemade bread failture. I made my first homemade bread last year and it did not turn out the way I wanted (OK. Outside looked pretty good, but...you know). I asked a chef Stephen to help me out with another project: Homemade Bread. Because he is so talented and thoughful, he let me make clam chowder soup for dinner. Delicious! You can judge what you think about this wheat bread, but I feel good about it after seeing my husband eating my homemade wheat bread with no hesitation.
